Authorizing and directing issuance of a guaranteed sewer revenue
note, in the maximum principal amount of $200,000, to the United States
of America acting through the Rural Utilities Service, United States
Department of Agriculture, pursuant to the Pennsylvania Local Government
Unit Debt Act, to be used for the planning, designing, acquiring,
and constructing sewage collection and transmission system facilities
