Township of Swatara, PA Part 3 DELINQUENT TAX COLLECTOR

§ 24-301 Appointment of Swatara Township Tax Collector as a Delinquent Tax Collector.

The Swatara Township Tax Collector, whether elected or appointed, is hereby appointed as a delinquent tax collector for the Township of Swatara, and delinquent taxes shall be collected in accordance with and providing for the same powers, rights, privileges, duties, and obligations as are set forth in Section 686 of the Public School Code of 1949, as amended.[1]

§ 24-302 Effective Date.

This Part shall be effective immediately upon its adoption and shall be effective retroactive to December 31, 2001.
