§ 27-2401 Process of Appealing.

It is the intent of this chapter that all questions of interpretation and enforcement shall be first presented to the Zoning Officer and then the Zoning Hearing Board. Recourse from the decisions of the Zoning Hearing Board shall be to the courts as provided in Part 23.
