A.
In accordance with Section 340.260, the City of Kimmswick hereby designates the following area as a "School Zone" for the purpose of regulating traffic therein:

Fifth Street, from Beckett Street to Vine Street |
High Street, from Sixth Street to Fifth Street |
Vine Street, from Fifth Street to Sixth Street |
Sixth Street, from Vine Street to High Street |
B.
The designation of the forestated streets as a "School Zone" shall be construed to include all intersections therein and to extend to all traffic controls at said intersections.
C.
The designation of "School Zone" shall further be construed to include all parking lots owned by the school district adjacent to any of the streets named herein.
