Whenever a decision of the Planning and Zoning Board, Zoning Board of Appeals or Conservation Commission provides for the conveyance of land or any interest therein to the Town including, but not limited to easements, for nominal consideration of less than $100 and where no appropriation is required, the Select Board is authorized to accept said conveyance on behalf of the Town. Excluded from this authorization, are conveyances related to the layout and acceptance of public ways.
