The provisions of this chapter shall be interpreted to be the minimum requirements adopted for the promotion of the health, safety, and general welfare of the Town; and the provisions of this chapter are not intended to repeal, or in any way impair or interfere with any other lawfully adopted by-law, regulations, or rules. Whenever any regulations made under the authority hereof differ from those prescribed by any by-law or other regulations, that provision which imposes the greater restriction or the higher standard shall govern.
Except as herein provided, the provisions of this chapter shall apply to the construction, reconstruction, repair, alteration and use of public sewer systems in the District as set forth on the Easton Sewer District Map.
