The Town Constable shall be selected pursuant to Ch. 60, Wis.
Stats. The Town Board does have the authority to establish the powers
and duties of the Town Constable, which are as follows:
A.Â
The Town Constable may impound dogs, cattle, horses, sheep, swine
and other animals at large in violation of any duly published order
or ordinance adopted by the Town Board.
