City of Lake Lotawana, MO Article I Fiscal Year

Section 130.010 Fiscal Year Established.

The fiscal year for the City of Lake Lotawana shall begin the first day of January of each year and all City budgets, audits and other statutory requirements shall be prepared on a January 1 fiscal year and all required matters concerning same shall be required to use such dates for those statutory and other necessary purposes.
