The Municipal Clerk is hereby authorized and delegated the authority to approve the granting of raffle and bingo licenses to be held in the Borough of Runnemede.

All other ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent or in conflict with this article hereby repealed to the extent of any inconsistency or conflict.
The Clerk shall report a detailed listing of all raffle and/or bingo licenses authorized by the Clerk at the next regularly scheduled meeting of Mayor and Council.
This article shall take effect after public hearing and final adoption and publication according to law.
