It shall be guilty of disorderly conduct if, with intent to cause public inconvenience, annoyance, or recklessly creating a risk, they:
A. 
Engage in fighting, violent, or threatening behavior; or
B. 
Obstruct vehicular or pedestrian traffic; or
C. 
Use indecent, profane, or insulting language in a public place or near a dwelling; or
D. 
MI[1] make any indecent figures, or writes any words, or make any marks that shall deface any wall, post, fence, building, roadway or public property.
