It shall be unlawful to park or leave unattended any motor vehicle, wagon, tank trailer or any other kind of vehicle or implement containing any corrosive, radioactive or toxic chemical or fertilizer, herbicide or insecticide or designed or used for the transportation, spreading or application of any corrosive or toxic chemical or fertilizer, herbicide or insecticide within 100 feet of any residence located within the corporate limits of the City of Waverly, Illinois.

Any person, firm or corporation found to be in violation of this article shall be subject to penalties as set forth in Chapter 1, Article III, Penalties and Enforcement, of the City Code. Any violation of this article during any twenty-four-hour period shall constitute a separate offense.
