The Board of Aldermen does hereby levy a license fee in the form of a landing fee of one dollar and thirty cents ($1.30) per linear foot measured by the longest side of the ship, boat or vessel per day that the boat is docked within City limits, except that the landing fee shall not apply to any ship, boat or vessel having a home port located within the City of Kimmswick, effective May 1, 2017.
