Section 500.060 Earthquake And Seismic Design Requirements.

All construction in the City shall comply with the requirements of Sections 319.200 through 319.207, RSMo., and any amendments thereto, relating to earthquakes and seismic construction requirements.

Section 500.070 Numbering Of All Residences And Other Buildings.

A. Private Residence. All private residences must display a number in full view to all emergency vehicles.

B. Commercial Buildings. All business or commercial buildings must display a number in full view to all emergency vehicles.

C. Historical Buildings. All historical houses and/or buildings operated by the Historical Society must display a number in full view to all emergency vehicles.

D. House Numbers.

1. House numbers displayed are to be no smaller than three (3) inches.

2. The color and design of the house numbers displayed will be the choice of the resident or proprietor.

E. The penalty for violations of this Section shall be no more than twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
