A.
A certain document, one (1) copy of which is on file and open for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Kennett, Missouri, being marked and designated as:
2021 International Residential Code for One- and Two-Family Dwellings, with the exception of Section 903.2.8 Group R thereof.
B.
Any person, firm or corporation, whether as principal, owner, agent, tenant, employee, otherwise, who violates any provisions of this Chapter or violates or fails to comply with any order or regulation made hereunder shall be guilty of an ordinance violation and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or by a term not exceeding one (1) month or by both such fine and imprisonment, and each day's continuance of a violation shall be deemed a separate offense.
