[Former Chapter 22, Subdivision and Land Development,
adopted by Ord. 2/10/1992B, as amended, was repealed December 12,
2011 by Ord. 2011-3. Said ordinance further declared that the zoning,
subdivision and planning laws, ordinances, resolutions, rules and
regulations of the Zoning and Planning Commission of Luzerne County
shall be enacted and adopted as applicable to the property within
the Borough of Wyoming; and that said Zoning and Planning Commission
of Luzerne County is hereby adopted to enforce said laws, ordinances,
resolutions, rules and regulations in the Borough of Wyoming as of
December 15, 2011.]
