GENERAL REFERENCES
Property maintenance — See Ch. 198.
The owner of land whereon is located an abandoned well or well
in use shall provide a covering capable of sustaining a weight of
300 pounds, or fill the same with fill to the level of the ground.
The penalty for violation of this bylaw shall be a fine of not
less than $100 or more than $300. Every day past 30 days of notice
of violation shall be a separate violation incurring a separate fine.
