Effective immediately upon the enactment and adoption of this
article, Council of the Borough of Springdale does hereby authorize
and designate the Springdale Borough Real Estate Tax Collector as
the municipal officer authorized to issue and provide tax certifications
upon request by the public, and hereby authorizes said Tax Collector
to assess, collect and retain, as compensation for providing such
additional service, a service fee of $10.
