A. 
It shall be unlawful for any parent or guardian to assist, aid, abet, allow, permit, suffer, or encourage a minor to register or enroll in the North Haledon local school system when the minor is ineligible to attend as a result of the minor's nonresident status.
B. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly permit his or her name, address, or other residence-designating documentation to be utilized in the registration or enrollment of any nonresident student in the Borough of North Haledon local school system unless previous approval has been granted by the North Haledon Superintendent of Schools or his or her designee.
Any person violating or failing to comply with any of the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable as provided in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article II, General Penalty. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues to occur.
