§ 1-1301 Plan and Agreement for Coverage.

Council hereby authorizes the execution of a Plan and Agreement for coverage of municipal employees under the federal Social Security Program.

§ 1-1302 Authority of Treasurer.

All of the provisions of the Plan and Agreement are hereby authorized to be carried out by the Municipal Treasurer, who shall be the person responsible for the local administration of the Plan and Agreement including, but not limited to, the deduction of contributions from wages of employees, as required by said Agreement, and the adoption of methods of administration, as required by said Agreement.

§ 1-1303 Appropriations to Fund.

Appropriation is hereby made from the proper funds of the Municipality in the necessary amounts to pay any delinquent balances owing by the Municipality, as provided for in said Agreement, and to pay into the contribution fund henceforth, pursuant to the terms of said Agreement.
