A. 
The rate of compensation to be paid to the Borough's Tax Collector for collection of those taxes for which he/she is designated collector shall not exceed 5% of those taxes collected.
B. 
The compensation shall be established by resolution of Borough Council from time to time as deemed necessary or desirable by Borough Council in accordance with 72 P.S. §§ 5511.35 and 5511.36a.
