The Development Regulations of the Borough of Rocky Hill in the County of Somerset, State of New Jersey, as codified in Chapter 80, are hereby adopted as the Development Regulations of the Borough of Rocky Hill (Chapter 80).
The Municipal Clerk of the Borough of Rocky Hill, pursuant to law, shall cause to be published by title this Adopting Ordinance in a newspaper of general circulation in the Borough of Rocky Hill. Sufficient copies of Chapter 80, Development Regulations of the Borough of Rocky Hill, shall be maintained in the office of the Municipal Clerk for inspection by the public at all times during regular office hours. The enactment and publication of this Adopting Ordinance coupled with availability of copies of Chapter 80 for inspection by the public shall be deemed, held and considered to be due and legal publication of all provisions of Chapter 80 for all purposes.
Copies of the book containing Chapter 80 may be purchased from the Municipal Clerk upon the payment of a fee to be set by resolution of the Council. The periodic supplementation of Chapter 80 will be pursuant to § 1-9 of the Code of the Borough of Rocky Hill. Chapter 80 and the Code of the Borough of Rocky Hill are also available on the Borough of Rocky Hill official website.
Each section of Chapter 80 and every part of each section is an independent section or part of a section and the holding of any section or part thereof to be unconstitutional, void or ineffective for any cause shall not be deemed to affect the validity or constitutionality of any other sections or parts thereof.
The purpose of Chapter 80 is to codify the Borough of Rocky Hill's existing land development regulations by placing, in one cohesive document, all of the Borough of Rocky Hill's land development ordinances.
