The Select Board is authorized, on the advice of the Chief of
Police and the Superintendent of Schools, to appoint a body hereinafter
known as the "Youth Advisory Council."
Each member shall serve annually.
The Council's purpose shall be to assist and guide the Town's
youth in their development.
