For the purpose of this article, "recreational vehicles" and "recreational campgrounds" shall be defined as an area or tract of land on which accommodations for temporary occupancy are located or may be placed, including cabins (which may lack plumbing or toilet facilities), tents, and recreational vehicles, pursuant to Chapter
425, Zoning.
In addition to the rules and regulations specified in this chapter,
the developer shall submit any needed permits or approvals from other
county and/or state agencies. In particular, compliance with drinking
water, sanitary sewage facilities and solid waste disposal regulations
will be required.
Plans shall be reviewed as described in Article
III as outlined for sketch plans, preliminary plans and final plans.
