A. 
The Township Engineer shall inspect all phases of the installation of the permanent stormwater management facilities required pursuant to a stormwater management site plan and simplified stormwater management site plan and shall provide an inspection report to the Township.
B. 
During any stage of the work, if the Township Engineer determines that temporary or permanent erosion and sedimentation control or stormwater management facilities are not being installed in accordance with the approved plan, the Township shall revoke any existing permits until a revised plan is submitted and approved, as specified in this chapter.
A. 
During construction, duly authorized representatives of the Township may enter at reasonable times upon any property within the Township to inspect the implementation, condition, or operation and maintenance of the stormwater BMPs to investigate whether construction activity is in compliance with this chapter.
B. 
BMP owners and operators shall allow persons working on behalf of the Township ready access to all parts of the premises for the purposes of determining compliance with this chapter.
C. 
Persons working on behalf of the Township shall have the right to temporarily locate on any BMP in the Township such devices as are necessary to conduct monitoring and/or sampling of the facility's stormwater discharge.
D. 
Unreasonable delay in allowing the direct access to a BMP is a violation of this chapter.
