Borough of Downingtown, PA Zoning Authority and Amendment

Section 287-12 of the Downingtown Borough Zoning Ordinance, "Floodplain District" is hereby repealed and shall be amended to read, "The establishment and administration of the Floodplain District shall be governed by the provisions of Chapter 150, Floodplain Management, which are incorporated by reference as if set forth fully herein, as may be amended from time to time in accordance with the procedures set forth in Article XXI of this chapter and the Municipalities Planning Code."

This chapter, hereby referred to as the "Downingtown Borough Floodplain Ordinance," is adopted as a zoning ordinance under the authority of Article VI of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, Act of July 31, 1968, P.L. 805, as amended, 53 P.S. § 10601 et seq. ("MPC").
