The Village of Fairwater elects to use legal posting, except where publication is required by state law. The Fond du Lac Reporter will be the newspaper used when publication is required.
When legal posting is used instead of publication, the Village shall post notices in three designated posting locations:
A. 
Office of Village Clerk.
B. 
Fairwater Post Office.
C. 
NBW Bank (Fairwater branch).
