All work which is completed by attorneys on behalf of the Township to collect outstanding debt on behalf of the Township shall be charged at the rate as established from time to time by resolution of Board of Supervisors.

All work to collect outstanding debts which is completed by either paralegals or law clerks on behalf of the Township shall in an amount as established from time to time by resolution of Board of Supervisors.

The compensation for the attorneys, paralegals or law clerks shall be in addition to any costs, charges, interest, expenses and fees that are required to be paid on behalf of the Hemlock Township during the collection process.
