of Incorporation of the Brodhead Creek Regional Authority, under the

Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Approved May 2, 1945,
P.L. 382, as continued by an Act of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania approved June 19, 2001 P.L. 22 (53 Pa. Cons. Stat
