An exception to all of the above applies to vehicles parked relating to official Village of Walton government business.

Parking time limits on highways. The parking of vehicles is hereby prohibited for a period of longer than two hours from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., except Sundays and holidays, in the parking zone locations described in § 245-11 herein.

Any vehicle parked over the two-hour limit, parked illegally in a designated handicapped zone or parked in a no-parking zone shall be ticketed and fined a fee of $50 if the fine is paid within 30 days of the date of the offense and $75 if the fine is paid after 30 days.
