The provisions of this article imposing a time limit on parking shall not relieve any person of the duty to observe other and more restrictive provisions prohibiting or limiting the stopping, standing or parking of vehicles as set forth in N.J.S.A. 39:4-138, any other New Jersey statute or as hereinafter provided.
A.
It shall be unlawful for any person to park or cause or permit to be parked any motor vehicle at the paved parking area of the Municipal Building on Route No. 46 at any time, except when upon public business at or in said Municipal Building.
B.
It is specifically prohibited that any motor vehicle be parked at said parking area of the Municipal Building between the hours 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., except motor vehicles operated by municipal officials.
No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule XIII (§ 176-52), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall stop or stand a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XIV (§ 176-53), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle between the hours specified in Schedule XV (§ 176-54) of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in schedule, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall stop or stand a vehicle during the times specified in Schedule XVI (§ 176-55) of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said schedule, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle for longer than the time limit shown in Schedule XVII (§ 176-56) at any time between the hours listed in said schedule of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said schedule, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule XVIII (§ 176-57), attached to and made a part of this chapter, except at the angle designated and only within the painted white stall lines.
The locations described in Schedule XIX (§ 176-58), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as loading zones.
The locations described in Schedule XX (§ 176-59), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as taxi stands.
The locations described in Schedule XXI (§ 176-60), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as bus stops.
