No person shall throw or deposit any litter upon any public
street or place or private lot within the City, or dump or place any
garbage, refuse, or debris on the bank of or within any river, creek,
stream, or drainage ditch within the City.
No person shall throw any glass, cans, rubbish, waste, or filth
upon the streets, alleys, highways, public parks, or other property
of the City or upon any private property not owned by him, or upon
the surface of any body of water within the City of Reedsburg.
