A. 
Rates for rental will be as follows:
1. 
Deposit: one hundred dollars ($100.00).
2. 
Local area clubs, groups, organizations and church groups for meetings (non-profit): no fee.
3. 
Per day: one hundred dollars ($100.00).
4. 
Per weekend: two hundred dollars ($200.00).
5. 
Per week: four hundred dollars ($400.00).
6. 
Rental of tables or chairs: deposit of one hundred dollars ($100.00).
B. 
Checks shall be made out to the Junior Chamber of Commerce (JCC).
C. 
Keys may be picked up and dropped off at City Hall.

Building to be cleaned and presented back to its prior condition and key returned to Waverly City Hall by 12:00 Noon the following business day. Cleaning deposit refunded after inspection and providing the building is clean. The kitchen and restroom areas will be inspected before the cleaning deposit is refunded.
