§ 1-801 Tax Collector's Commission.

The rate of commission to be paid to the Tax Collector of the Borough of Wrightsville for the collection of such Borough taxes as the Tax Collector shall be authorized and required to collect shall be 3% of such Borough taxes collected by the Tax Collector.
