The Borough of Wrightsville hereby elects to administer and
enforce the provisions of the Pennsylvania Construction Code Act,
Act 45 of 1999, as amended from time to time, and its regulations.

A Board of Appeals shall be established by resolution of the
governing body of the Borough of Wrightsville in conformity with the
requirements of the relevant provisions of the Code, as amended from
time to time, and for the purposes set forth therein. If at any time
enforcement and administration is undertaken jointly with one or more
other municipalities, the Board of Appeals shall be established by
joint action of the participating municipalities.

Fees assessable by the Borough of Wrightsville for the administration
and enforcement undertaken pursuant to this Part and the Code shall
be established by the governing body by resolution from time to time.

This Part shall be effective on July 1, 2004.

Pursuant to § 403.28(c)(3), that Subsection (b) under
§ 403.28 ("Uncertified Buildings") of Part XIV of the Uniform
Construction Code be adopted in its entirety as an addendum to the
Uniform Construction Code previously adopted by the Borough, Ordinance
No. 2004-4, pertaining to uncertified buildings within the Borough's
jurisdiction, to utilize the standards of Subsection (b) for the issuance
of certificates of occupancy to uncertified buildings.
