As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
To control the course of or otherwise use a snowmobile.
Any self-propelled vehicle designed for travel on snow or ice, except vehicles propelled by sail.

No person shall operate a snowmobile on the public waters of the Town of Lyme between sunset and 9:30 a.m., Eastern standard time.
Any person violating this chapter shall be fined not more than $100 for each offense.
