The Architectural Review Commission shall be appointed by the Village President and confirmed by the Village Board as provided by Chapter
16, Zoning, Article
IX, Architectural Review, of the Code of the Village of Whitefish Bay.

The Village President shall appoint the Police Commissioners
for terms of five years, as provided by statutes.

A. The Board of Review shall consist of five residents of the Village,
none of whom shall occupy any public office or be publicly employed.
The members shall be appointed by the Village President with the approval
of the Village Board, and shall hold office as members of the Board
for five years and until their successors are appointed and have qualified,
the first appointments to be for one, two, three, four and five years,
respectively. In addition to the five regular members, one alternate
member shall be appointed annually by the Village President with the
approval of the Village Board.
B. Whenever the Assessor, in the performance of his or her duties, requests
and obtains income and expense information pursuant to § 70.47(7)(af),
Wis. Stats., or any successor statute thereto, then such income and
expense information that is provided to the Assessor shall be held
by the Assessor on a confidential basis, except, however, that said
information may be revealed to and used by persons in the discharge
of duties imposed by law; in the discharge of duties imposed by office,
including but not limited to, use by the Assessor in the performance
of official duties of the Assessor's office and use by the Board
of Review in performance of its official duties; or pursuant to order
of a court. Income and expense information provided to the Assessor
pursuant to § 70.47(7)(af), Wis. Stats., unless a court
determines that it is inaccurate, is not subject to the right of inspection
and copying under § 19.35(1), Wis. Stats.

The Library Board shall consist of seven members appointed by
the Village President with the approval of the Village Board for terms
of three years as provided by § 43.54, Wisconsin Statutes.

A. The Village Plan Commission shall consist of the President, who shall
be its presiding officer, a trustee of the Village, and five citizens
of the Village appointed by the President. Citizen members shall be
persons of recognized experience and qualifications. In addition,
the Village Manager shall be an ex officio member of the Plan Commission
and its Secretary with the right and duty to participate in all deliberations
and actions, but without vote.
B. The trustee member of the Commission shall be elected by a 2/3 vote
of the Village Board during April of each year.
C. Citizen members shall be appointed by the Village President annually
during April for terms of three years subject to confirmation of the
Village Board.
The Board of Appeals shall be appointed by the Village President
and confirmed by the Village Board as provided by § 62.23(7)(e)2,
Wisconsin Statutes.
The Village President shall annually appoint a member and alternate
member to the North Shore Water Commission, subject to confirmation
of the Village Board.

XIII, Historic Preservation, of the Code of the Village of Whitefish Bay.
