The following chapters of the Wisconsin Administrative Code, Department of Safety and Professional Services, as now existing and as hereinafter amended or supplemented by all future amendments, re-creations and reenactments thereof, are incorporated herein by reference and adopted as a part of this article as though fully set forth herein:
Ch. ATCP 93, Flammable, Combustible and Hazardous Liquids
Ch. SPS 340, Gas Systems
Ch. SPS 314, Fire Prevention
Ch. SPS 330, Fire Department Safety and Health Standards
Ch. SPS 323, Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning
The Fire Chief and his designees are authorized to issue citations for violations of this section.[1]

Editor's Note: Original Sec. 4.13(4), regarding a fee for third and subsequent inspections, which immediately followed this section, was repealed at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 17, Village Code and Ordinances, Art. I).
While making inspections, no person shall interfere with any inspection made in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin by the chief of the Fire Department or any officer or member of the Fire Department.
