No person shall knowingly give any false alarm of fire, or ring
the fire bell for any purpose except in case of fire, without the
consent of the maintenance supervisor.

It shall be unlawful for any person to assault or resist the
Chief of Police or any Village officer, or to hinder or obstruct him
while in the discharge of his official duty, or to rescue or attempt
to rescue any person by him apprehended for violating any ordinances
of the Village.
