§ 32-371 Agency designated.

Pursuant to the provision of the Michigan Electrical Code, in accordance with Section 8B(6) of 1972 PA 230, the Electrical Code Official of the Village of Baroda is hereby designated as the enforcing agency to discharge the responsibility of the Village of Baroda under 1972 PA 230, State of Michigan. The Village of Baroda assumes responsibility for the administration and enforcement of said Act throughout its corporate limits.
