upon and along the portions of such property which abut upon said
streets.
Every owner of property in the Township of Vanport shall, on
five days' notice from the Board of Township Commissioners, repair

it shall be the duty of the owner of the property where such work

inspect the completed work to determine whether the grade thereof
has been observed and followed.
