The First Aid and Safety Patrol of Lebanon County, Pennsylvania,
is hereby designated, appointed and authorized to be the primary advanced
life support/basic life support service provider for West Lebanon
Township.
2.
The First Aid and Safety Patrol of Lebanon County, Pennsylvania,
shall provide these services within the geographical boundaries of
the Township of West Lebanon.
3.
The service areas established by this Part and the providers of such
services shall be subject to the revisions, changes and approval from
time to time of the Board of Commissioners of the Township of West
Lebanon as it deems appropriate in its sole discretion.
4.
Any party, agency, individual, corporation or association which violates
this Part by attending or providing service at a fire or medical emergency
without being dispatched by authorized personnel, such party, agency,
individual, corporation or association, after receiving written warning,
shall be subject to pay a fine of not greater than $500, plus the
costs of prosecution, and any reasonable attorney fees incurred by
the Township in the prosecution of the enforcement action.
