In accordance with Section 365.030 of this Code, and when signs are erected giving notice thereof, person shall park a vehicle between the hours specified herein of any day except Sundays and public holidays within the district or upon any of the streets or parts of streets as follows:

Goldstar Park adjacent to the Grand Stand along the East side of Eighth Street or the North side of Saline Street

Market Street, both sides, from Seventh Street to Eighth Street

A. 
In accordance with Section 365.050 of this Code, and when signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle between the hours specified herein of any day except Sundays and public holidays within the district or upon any of the streets or parts of streets as follows:
1. 
No motor vehicle of a rated capacity in excess of three-fourths (3/4) ton, or of overall length in excess of two hundred five (205) inches shall be parked or left standing as follows:

Except for the purpose of delivery or pick-up only, such vehicles may be so parked or left standing for a period not in excess of fifteen (15) minutes.
