Section 500.050 The ICC International Mechanical Code, 1996 Edition.

A. The International Mechanical Code, 1996 Edition, as published by the International Code Council, is hereby adopted by the City of Glasgow, Missouri, as the code establishing, regulating and controlling the design, construction, quality of materials, erection, installation, alteration, repair, location, relocation, replacement, addition to, use or maintenance of mechanical systems in the City of Glasgow; and providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor.

1. The following sections are hereby revised:

a. Section 101.1. Insert "City of Glasgow, Missouri."

b. Section 106.5.2. Insert "No fee."

c. Section 106.5.3. Insert "fifty percent (50%)" in two (2) locations.

d. Section 108.4. Insert "the offense of violating the City mechanical code," "five hundred dollars" ($500.00)," and "ninety (90) days" in the respective blanks.

e. Section 108.5. Insert "five hundred dollars ($500.00)" in two (2) locations.

f. Chapter 16, Codes. Insert the names of the various codes adopted herein in two (2) locations in said Chapter.
