A. 
It is hereby found, determined and declared to be necessary for the public health, safety, welfare and benefit of the City of Glasgow, Missouri, including all improvements and extensions thereto, be combined and that they shall thenceforth be operated and maintained as a combined waterworks and sewerage system.
1. 
Thenceforth, the waterworks and the sewerage system of the City of Glasgow, Missouri, including all future improvements and extension thereto, whether to the waterworks or to the sewerage system or to both, shall be and the same are combined and it is hereby declared that said waterworks and said sewerage system, including all future improvements and extensions thereto as aforesaid, thenceforth be operated and maintained as a combined waterworks and sewerage system.

A. 
Water Service. Each residential or commercial water customer will be charged the base rate regardless of the amount used. Rate being first one thousand (1,000) gallons, forty-one dollars forty-seven cents ($41.47). All over one thousand (1,000) gallons at five dollars six cents ($5.65) per thousand (1,000) gallons.
B. 
Sanitary Sewer Service. Each residential or commercial water customer will be charged the base rate regardless of the amount used. Rate being first one thousand (1,000) gallons, thirty-nine dollars eight cents ($39.08). All over one thousand (1,000) gallons at three dollars fifty cents ($3.50) per thousand (1,000) gallons.
