Access to and Occupancy of Highways by Driveways and Local Roads. No driveway, local road or drainage facility or structure shall be constructed or altered within Township road rights-of-way, and no drainage facility of the Township may be altered or connected onto without first obtaining a permit from the Township.

Title 67, Chapter 441, of the Pennsylvania Code, as amended, is hereby incorporated herein by reference, except where the context thereof would reasonably substitute the Township for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation; and procedure for appeals from determinations of the Township which shall be governed by applicable law.
