It shall be the duty of all the officers of the City to report
annually to the Board of Aldermen, such reports to embrace a full
statement of the receipts and expenditures of their respective offices
and such other matters as may be required by the Board of Aldermen
by ordinance, resolution or otherwise.
The Mayor or Board of Aldermen shall have power, as often as
he/she or they may deem it necessary, to require any officer of the
City to exhibit his/her accounts or other papers or records and to
make report to the Board of Aldermen, in writing, touching any matter
relating to his/her office.

City officials are prohibited from storing personal property
on premises owned or operated by the City of Oronogo, Missouri, and
that the City of Oronogo, Missouri, shall not accept responsibility
for protection of condition, use or damage of personal property stored
or kept in violation of this Section. The City of Oronogo expressly
refuses any bailee duty or liability for condition, use or damage
of any personal property stored in violation of this Section. Any
personal property found to be stored or kept on the premises owned
or operated by the City of Oronogo, Missouri, in violation of this
Section may be delivered by the Chief of Police to the owner of the
property, regardless of condition, use or any damage, without notice
to the owner of said property.
