Editor's Note: This local law also repealed former Art. V,
Snow and Ice Removal, adopted 11-13-2017 by L.L. No. 3-2017.
No person shall throw, cast, blow, push or place or cause to
be thrown, cast, blown, pushed or placed any snow, ice or sleet into
any public street, place or sidewalk within the Town.
Any person who violates any provision of this article shall
be punished by a fine not to exceed $50 for the first conviction.
For a second conviction within five years, the fine shall not exceed
$150. For a third or subsequent conviction within five years, the
fine shall not exceed $250.
This article shall take effect upon filing in the office of
the Secretary of State.
