A. 
It shall not be permitted and shall be unlawful for any individual to come into Township property to solicit orders, sales, subscriptions, business; seek donations; distribute petitions; distribute leaflets and propaganda.
B. 
Nothing herein shall prevent the Township government from disseminating and posting information it deems necessary and appropriate in the carrying of its normal administrative and legislative duties.

Violation of this article shall be subject to a penalty as provided in § 1-5 of this Code.

The following areas may be rented at the costs indicated:
A. 
Township of Fairfield Senior Center (68 Fairton-Gouldtown Road). Fee schedule per four-hour session:
(1) 
Monday through Saturday: $500.
(2) 
Sunday: $500.
In addition to the rental fees set forth above, the tenter must provide the Township of Fairfield a $500 security deposit to cover the cost of any potential damage or heavy cleanup. If the renter fails to abide by the lease agreement, the Township of Fairfield may be entitled to keep all or part of this security deposit.
Groups or individuals renting the Senior Center shall be required to obtain $1,000,000 of liability insurance and shall name the Township of Fairfield as an additional insured. This process shall be done through the Tulip insurance program. A certificate of insurance must be provided to the Township Clerk at least seven days in advance of the start of rental in order to be in compliance with this provision.
A. 
The Township of Fairfield shall provide the form of lease. The renter is required to execute the lease agreement and provide the same to the Township Clerk in advance of the start of the rental in order to be in compliance with this provision.
B. 
The renter agrees to be bound by the lease agreement.

The renter agrees not to assign his/her lease or sublet any portion of the rental space.
B. 
The renter agrees to provide the Township of Fairfield with full payment and security deposit 14 days in advance of the start of the rental. All payments must be made directly to the Township Clerk.
C. 
The renter accepts the rental space "as is."
D. 
The renter agrees that no alcoholic beverages shall be served, consumed, possessed, or otherwise brought onto any portion of Township-owned property during the rental term.
