The hours of operation during which emergency medical technicians (EMT) shall operate the ambulance services shall be from 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 24 hours per day on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Fees to be charged for ambulance service shall be set at $370 base fee and cost of medical supplies plus $7 per mile.
There shall be established an ambulance service subscriber's plan by which residents, upon enrollment, shall receive ambulance service upon the payment of an annual fee as follows:
A. 
Single: $25.
B. 
Family: $35.
C. 
Senior citizen single: $15.
D. 
Senior citizen couple: $20.
