The requirements in this article shall apply to a mobile home park which is on a tract held in single ownership and provides for two or more mobile/manufactured homes for residential use. The manufactured homes may be individually owned.

Mobile home parks proposed to be developed for sale of lots shall be designed and regulated in accordance with all requirements as a subdivision of site-built single-family residential dwellings.
3.
Every proposed mobile home park shall be submitted, reviewed, approved and recorded as either a land development or major subdivision.
